François Laroche - President

University graduate in real estate management, he co-founded the company and played an active role in all aspects of the organization since the beginning. Being himself owner of residential buildings since 1983, he has acquired a solid experience in real estate management. Shortly before the foundation of HIPEC, his services were required for assessing housing projects having performance problems. His successful reorganization plan gained his clientele satisfaction and trust. As a result, after only a few months the startup was in charge of more than three hundred dwelling units.



Jérémie Yelle-Laroche - Manager & Commercial real estate broker

UQAM graduate, Jérémie obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration including a certificate in real estate management. Following an internship at Immodev, he obtained a license of commercial real estate brokerage. He is now affiliated to Groupe Sutton-Actuel Inc. Jérémie joined HIPEC in 2013 as an assistant manager and since then has been promoted to manager. He will ensure quality succession for the future of the company.
